Cicero - Daily Speaking Practice

This Privacy Policy describes how Zolt Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Cicero app ("App").
What We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information (if you create an account): email address, display name.
- Voice recordings: When you complete a speaking exercise, your audio is recorded and sent to our server for AI speech analysis. Audio is processed to generate your feedback and is not stored after grading is complete.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Exercise completions, scores, streaks, and XP - stored locally on your device.
- Purchase information: Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.
- Device identifiers: Used by RevenueCat to manage your subscription and by our analytics to understand app performance.
Information We Do Not Collect
- Video recordings: If you choose to record video, the video file never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to our servers under any circumstances.
- Health data: Cicero does not access Apple Health or any health platform.
How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Third-Party Services

- Google (Gemini API): AI speech analysis. Audio sent for grading is subject to Google's data processing terms.
Data Retention
- Audio recordings are processed in real time and not retained.
- Your exercise history and progress data are stored locally on your device.
- If you delete the app, your local data is removed.
- If you have an account, you may request deletion by emailing zoltlabsllc@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
Cicero is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
