Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Go to your device's account settings to manage or cancel. On iPhone: Settings - your name - Subscriptions. Active subscribers can also use the "Manage subscription" option inside the Cicero app on the profile screen.
Is my video stored anywhere?
No. If you record video, it stays entirely on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers. You can save it to your photo library or discard it - that's your choice.
Why was my audio sent to a server?
Only audio is sent for AI grading. It's processed to generate your feedback score and transcript, then discarded. We don't retain recordings.
I was charged but don't have Pro access
Restore your purchases by going to your profile in the app and tapping "Restore purchases." If the issue persists, email us at zoltlabsllc@gmail.com.
