Cicero - Daily Speaking Practice

By downloading or using the Cicero app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About Cicero
Cicero is a daily speaking practice app developed by Zolt Labs LLC. It provides speech exercises and AI-generated feedback to help users improve their verbal communication skills.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cicero. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at zoltlabsllc@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Subscriptions (Cicero Pro)
- Monthly plan: $9.99/month
- Yearly plan: $59.99/year, includes a 3-day free trial
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. They automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
Prices may vary by country. All prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to circumvent subscription or feature gates
6. AI-Generated Feedback
Cicero uses AI to analyze your speech and generate feedback. This feedback is educational and informational only. It is not a substitute for professional speech therapy or coaching. AI feedback may contain errors or inaccuracies.
7. Recordings
By using the recording features, you grant Zolt Labs LLC a limited, temporary license to process your audio for the sole purpose of generating your exercise feedback. Audio is not retained after processing. Video recordings never leave your device.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App - including exercise prompts, UI design, and brand assets - is owned by Zolt Labs LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOLT LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at zoltlabsllc@gmail.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
